RETURN And REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility

We offer returns & refunds only in the following cases:

• Damaged product on arrival

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defect

Returns for reasons such as personal preference or minor aesthetic variations are not accepted.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• With all tags & accessories intact

Items showing signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Upon approval of return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Customized products (names, numbers, printed text)

• Used or worn products

• Hygiene-sensitive equipment (e.g., mouthguards, socks, innerwear, etc.)
